inadequate air conditioning breakfast incident
The room was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities.
The air conditioning in the bedroom was inadequate. I found it impossible to adjust and not cold enough. I woke up sweating (it was quite unpleasant). at the breakfast buffet, staff allowed another guest to occupy my allocated table while I was getting food. The entire experience felt mishandled and poorly managed.

underwhelming stay, issues with service and room quality
cigarette smell poorly angled view
The location was acceptable. It provided decent access to nearby amenities.
The condition of the room was concerning. it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, a significant issue for a non-smoking guest. furthermore, the view from the upgraded room was disappointing. It was angled poorly and hardly justified the additional cost.

friendly staff free snacks extra charge central location
the room had harbor views. the staff was very friendly. the lounge offered free snacks and drinks in the evening. the food and service were AMAZING!!!
the reception told me to upgrade with an extra charge for a "better room". the hotel is not very centrally located. It is a 20-25 minute walk from the central pier.
